The Story Behind Our Mission
The idea for our firm came from seeing the same patterns repeat themselves in our careers: decisions made but never acted on, inefficiencies left unaddressed, and when actions were taken, they were often incomplete, poorly timed, or poorly executed. Time and again, new management teams would come in, observe the same issues, make the same decisions, and arrive at the same conclusions—only for execution to fall apart, leaving opportunities wasted and value unrealized.
This cycle of poor decision-making and reluctance to tackle difficult challenges drove us to take a step back and address these problems head-on. We decided to take on a few pressing challenges at our previous companies, digging deep into the data and analyzing the root causes behind inaction. What we found was staggering:
